Hey guys, I’m sure this has been asked before, but I can’t find it or I’m not searching correctly because I suck at searching on here.
But I have a 2002 GMC Yukon Denali short version. The center console lid is broken, the little holes where the metal hinges go into have been broken I don’t think there’s a way to fix it. I was looking for a replacement but the ones that are the same as mine are around $150-180 and they’re not in the best condition (why is that? Are they rare to find?) so I was wondering if a lid from a 2003-2006 Denali/escalade will fit without any modifications. I see them far cheaper, like $35-60. I have looked everywhere for an answer, but there’s so many different opinions. I’ve been looking at the bottom of the lids trying to compare but I can’t really come down to a conclusion. Is there an actual answer? That’s all I need I don’t need to replace the whole center console. It’s really annoying because it moves around a lot, rattles & etc. thank you in advance to anyone whom can answer my question.
