Yeah, I know, if I wanted front recovery hooks, I should have gotten a Z71. But wife nixed that.

Anyone know if you can install recovery hooks on the front of a non-Z71 model? Looks like there are little panels where the hooks would go. I assume they are removable? And where I can buy some, if you can install hooks? Thanks!

I don't know about the 21's but depending on the trim level there could be sensors in the frame slot's where the hooks would normally go

915_Tahoe, I don't have the VIN yet. Thanks for the offer--will post it when I do. Looks like build date middle of the month.

Tow hooks and fogs would require a new piece of trim down there. Pretty sure that we shouldn’t hold our breath for GM as these differences are intentional and an oem part would only cannibalize sales of the AT4 and z71. Not going to happen this early.

We need to start seeing aftermarket stuff for these trucks. I have had other vehicles where in the forums the aftermarket guys would gauge interest for fabricating shit and setup group buys.

My list so far if anybody is listening.
1. Fog lights (in front fascia or elongated ones in the air vents like Cadillac.
2. Led taillights or bulbs that work with GM canbus
3. Performance exhaust for 6.2 with the valves to eliminate drone.
4. Tow hooks
5. Thule cross bars with lower profile than OEM.
6. Mud-flaps that work with power steps.

Hi 915_Tahoe. Just got a 2021 Suburban. Last 8 MR163536. Can you tell if there are Recovery Hooks and new trim with access to install? I have a small access cover on Driver’s side that opens to frame. None on passenger side. THX

Blk Hook gm#84338710
Red hook gm#84338714
Nut x4 gm#11549169
Bolt x2 gm#11589273
Bolt x2 gm#11610915

I don't see replacement panel for the tow hooks. Only option is doing the Z71 bumper or just cutting the existing panel out on the other side.

Thank you. Any idea what the LT front bumper trim access panel is for? Is there any type of accessory or tool that a tow truck driver can plug in to pull vehicle out of ditch, etc.?
