Rear sway bar bushings.

How do you tell without measuring what size bushings you need for the rear bar.I see 28 mm and maybe a 30mm.04 z71 I have energy suspension in front and would like to do the rear.

When I look it all up at RA I only see the 28mm choice for the rear and 4wd that come in black or red bushings.
