rear liftgate molding yanked off by brainless guy

Whats up everyone, glad to be a part of this forum, first post here, Im hoping someone can tell me how to repair my liftgate trim that houses the rear camera and licence plate light. My friend pulled it off the truck thinking it was the latch, and yes hes a doofice! Lol, anyway all the bottum side clips seperated from the trim piece, and I didnt know if they pushed into the liftgate or bolted from inside or if ill be able to reattch them with some glue , epoxy or something. Help would be great thanks all!
