REAR HITCH COVER DIRECTIONS

Does anyone have the installation instructions for the rear hitch cover? Do I have to drill?

I did not get any installation instructions.

If you are talking about the rear color keyed panel that covers the receiver tube, you should have on it, at the bottom, two twist screws and on top, about 8 insert fingers that go into the bumper top. I could be wrong about this but you need to have the bumper cover that goes with the closeout panel, it has the corresponding holes to put the screws in and the inserts on top. Does your bumper cover have those, otherwise I am not sure how you will secure it.

Yes, you have to drill for the pop rivets. A right angle drill comes in handy.
