Guessing trans input or output shaft

Top of 2nd gear, not even really into it and it just donkd like it "jumped out" of gear into neutral. Nothing in any gear now

If I'm lucky maybe the tcase? I gotta start by pulling it out anyway. But I hear nothing grinding or anything so whatever broke is clean

parking pawl still engages trying to roll it in park (not output shaft)...so probably input shaft broke or bolts on the converter?!?! really doubtful

Six broken converter bolts on a second gear pull? You're gonna need a bigger Rossler.

dont tell anyone - but im only using three
the converter i have is dual pattern(3x whatever and 3x whatever), and so is my flex plate...but the pattern on the second set is different. so theres a slim chance its that

I have zero bad to say about rossler, just the shipping sucks. there's a place down here called ATF Speed that is pretty popular, i may talk to them and see if they want to **** with it (being someone elses build). had i know about them when i first did it i prob would have gave them a shot

Same on my FTI billet triple disc, and I talked to them about it. iirc they said the 3 bolts are good to well over 1000 hp but you’re past that. TCI flex plate or whose are you running?

yea its a tci flex plate, i would be amazed, and relieved, if it were the flex plate bolts but not getting my hopes up

OOOOoooh. I remember seeing a pic with the converter chillin in the bellhousing and just thought it used six bolts to hold the high horsepower. My bad, bruh.

Regardless, I hope it's nothing major.

Shiiiit. Don't give up now. You've powered through far worse than a little bit of transmission work. I'm hoping it's nothing major. Maybe a simple in-output shaft that you could swap out yourself.

It's the input shaft...trans is out, shaft pulls about 5" out and is then stuck so prob twisted or I think it'd pull out

going to call local place and see if theyre open tomorrow...i just dont want to hear that "their" billet shaft needs to go back together with their hub and their pump etcetcetc
