hey guys so i have an 03 yukon with the 5.3 flex fuel has around 110k. been getting a check engine ligth so i took it in dealer told me it was catalyst below efficientcy and said my driver side cat was bad so my question is will these be a good replacement for my stock cats

ima be replacing both just to be on the safe side also im thinking about replacing all my oxygen sensors also so i dont have problems with them later what are some good brands, good trusted place to buy them.
i will also be replacing my muffler with a spintech 9000 with single 3" inlet dual 3" out has any one used one of these before any pros cons suggestions on how i can make my exhaust more efficient performance wise thanks for the input in advance
