Footers are poured. They didn't do the deck piers.
Everyone was gone when I got there. Tried to call my builder but went straight to vm. He must be tapped out. Called my excavator to see what the yardage ended up being. He said 78 or 79 yards, he couldn't remember exactly.

When we bought our land the entire 15-20 acre farm was subdivided into 3-6 acre lots. For the original farm owners to subdivide each lot had to show where the house was located, elevations, perc tests, well location etc. To ‘turn it’ any amount you needed new surveys, perc tests, etc. We didn’t want the house facing the main road but to face my private road. Prior to any digging I staked out where the house was supposed to be and every night before i left while clearing the trees and shit i moved the stakes 10’ until we liked where the house was. Inspector had no idea when he finally came to inspect footings.
I did the same with the electric company and their pole. My utilities are buried but they had to cross the road and put a pole on my land before it heads underground, i moved their stake about 10 feet to the side because i didn’t like their placement…
