Has some rust all around paint and frame and appears to have been sitting for while. Windows ajar and rag top a little rough, but the overall opportunity could be badass.

no doubt. Looks like it was nice at one time and had some time and money dumped into it. Makes you wonder why it was then neglected after getting it to that point. Maybe they realized how awful those rims are and gave up on life
