What's the going rate for the engine and trans in your area in its present condition? The custom blue inserts will limit the number of buyers for the seats. The front bumper will go pretty quick if priced right. What's his plan if someone buys the axles and leaves it on the ground? Might be more headache than cash machine.
He has a person that's willing to put an offer on the whole car. He is just waiting on what the offer would be. If its reasonable I would tell him to take it, but if it's super low. then the game plan was to part the interior the front bumper and rear bumper and then for the rest just get scrap value from the yard. I was just trying to see what reasonable prices would be for the seats and bumpers.
