Paint job ?

my truck has little surface rust but despite that I would like to get it painted again to the factory white the truck was painted by someone on the street and did a horrible job they painted over the factory paint because I see the new paint chipping and under it is the factory white


Where do you guys recommend me taking to get it painted it for a good price
