Yeah, who really knows how it was treated before i got it. But, by the way the vehicle looks overall im sure the old people took good care.

Well it has been long enough i think to post results.
With the updated os the Tahoe gets on a road trip with e85 15.2 mpg thats up from 13 mpg before.
On e15 ot gets 18.7 which is in the ballpark of e10 regular 87 before.
And straight 87 it can get 20.5 mpg up from 19.
Was it worth the 62 bucks to program it?
Well im sure over the course of its life it will be, seeing as i have put 200k on all of my vehicles over the years lol.

Winter weather kills it as my wife will let the tahoe sit in the drive and warm up for 20 minutes before she leaves. When it gets nicer again ill start updating this thread more often.

Ok so update.
Solid highway road trip on e85 ( currently a dollar cheaper than 87 as of 7-4-22)400ish miles round trip. 15.1 mpg
Mixed weekly driving( and the wife starting the tahoe and lettin the ac cool it before driving).. 11.1
E15( 25 cents cheaper than 87 as of 7-4-22)highway trip 350ish miles all highway 17.9mpg
E15 mixed daily same circumstance as e85... 17.9mpg
Honestly stopped running 87 enough to calculate mpg
I still think i want to convert to the older 7603 operating system so i can run an actual ethanol content sensor and see the real amount of alcohol. That way the computer can do better than guess by what the o2 sensor is doing.
