Ok so when you guys say "get a new intake"

are you talking about an intake manifold or air filter? I've seen it referred to as both in this forum. Either way, what would be a good intake manifold to get for our trucks? I too, like everyone else, am looking to increase power a bit and not break the bank doing it. I'd like to BBT the thing but want to get intake/exhaust done before doing so.

The manifolds on our trucks are plenty efficient (I believe that goes for OBS as well) When most people talk about intakes, they are talking about the filter, filter box, and tube. You want it as cold as possible, as short as possible, and as straight as possible.

Check out Spectre (what I have and cheapest CAI I could find), AEM, Airaid, and of course K&N. Those seem to be the most popular.
