So Ive noticed my oil pressure has been going up and down just a few (2-3) psi with the rpms of the motor. I guess I really never paid that much attention before so I was just wondering if this is normal for everyone? It pretty consistantly reads around 40 psi. Ive got the 5.3 if that makes a differnece. Thanks in advance yall...

Don't worry it's normal. Mine jumps to 60psi or so when I stand on it, don't trust those stock gauges too much anyway.

yep, normal, also depends on oil temperature, and oil weight how much it changes during RPM surges.
