Does anyone know of a good quality cap type oil filter wrench that fits the PF48 and PF48E filters? The clearance around the filter does not allow for a conventional strap type filter wrench so I've been using the KD (deep) cap type and yesterday it stripped itself and the filter and caused a big pucker moment getting the filter off. After trying every tool I had, I ended up drilling through the KD cap and filter and putting in 3 screws to get be able to remove the filter. Never want to go through that again!!

You can also put on the premium K&N Oil filter that has a small nut on the bottom that allows you to easily remove it. They aren't cheap at around $15 but for how easy they are to remove they are well worth it!
