I see this guy advertising alot on yt. I've actually spoken to him once or twice when I was looking for some wheels. Seems to know his stuff, and he does have spare PPV parts that he will sell. Seems knowledgeable about these, and supposedly worked on them years ago.

I might have to.

I watched the video for the one he called #2. The description said he got 22mpg. He must have babied it! The best I’ve ever done was 17. Around town it’s about 12, but my foot might be a little heavy.

Yeah, I'd text him and sometimes he'd get back to me a week later--or never.

It looks like those are 17” wheels. With my 17” wheels going about 65 mph I’ll average about the same I believe. Especially if I put a little more gas going down hill to get ‘er going and then kind of coasting up hill as much as possible. ;)

I purchased a 2012 Tahoe PPV from Bob. I looked at three different ones before I decided on the one I wanted. Bob is an extremely busy guy so it can sometimes be difficult to get a hold of him. In the end, he sold me a nice PPV at a more than fair price. I may even have him start looking for a '13 or '14 in the near future. I found him to be very honest and accommodating, even delivering the vehicle to me a hour and fifteen minutes away.
