No response from BBP

anyone else have trouble getting a response from BBP via email? Paid the deposit for a cable tune but haven't heard anthing since (4 days). Is this normal?

Who did you email? They normally respond fairly quick, but realize they are very busy! Send JennaBear or Julie a pm they will respond within 24 I guarantee it!

Just checked on your status, you have sent multiple emails, which lengthens our response time. Your cable has already shipped.

When you submit payment for an item, your PayPal receipt is confirmation it was received. We don't contact customers when items ship, as it is usually the same day or next day.

Denton - I'm assuming that's directed towards me? So you're accusing me of being impatient? After sending hundres of dollars to someone over the internet, you wouldn't expect to hear something back within 4 days?

And further, being new obviously - I relied on this board to give me a sense of what IS a realistic expectation. Which it looks like I did receive some contructive and helpful posts in return - "they're really busy", etc.

Everything is taken care of now and I thanked everyone involved. I think your comment is a little misguided and certainly not welcomed.
