New to me 2004 Denali daytime running light question

Just got a 2004 Denali and the DRL come on when i hit the unlock button but i cant figure out how to turn them on all the time. I read some things that said the lights come on when you put the vehicle in drive but they dont. I know they work because again the light comw on when the unlock button is pushed on the key fab.

Check your DRL fuse. or maybe they where turned off by the dealer. Either way should be a easy fix.

Do they come on in the sunlight when you press the unlock button?

You are looking at the DRLs and not the turn signal/parking light when you press the button?

Likely has 2 blown bulbs and possibly 2 melted sockets. I'd start with 2 new bulbs.
