Hey everyone, so here's my dilemma... I bought a "10 Yukon SLE that was essentially loaded, one feature being the rear view mirror back up camera. My wife and I wanted the nav and in the deal bought it with the agreement that the dealership would install it. So today I picked the Yukon up and everything looks great with one exception.. When I put it in reverse the rear view mirror still shows the camera image and the nav says something about check your surroundings. So of course it's too late for the dealers service dept to do anything today by the time we discover the issue. They are going to call GM tomorrow and talk to their techs about it, I'm hoping it's a setting rather than another 40 minute drive to the dealer. I did go into the options menu and make sure the rear view camera setting was set to active and just to be clear the nav unit is the factory GM model, any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!

It's either going to be a "hard wiring" issue or a Tech II programming issue. Either way put the gas in and enjoy the ride in your new vehicle.....it is something that has to be addressed by the dealership.
