Are the scoop and hood louvers functional?
The scoop is functional. The louvers are not. I wouldn't want water getting on the inside. If I were to cut them I'll have to mount a tray under them to guide the water somewhere else

Didn't know they made hoods for these. What kind of ground effects are around the front?
Cheap $30 ebay universal front spoiler lol I originally bought it for my 2015 Malibu but decided to test fit for my Yukon and it came out nicely. I see other people on other sites selling the same thing for trucks for over $300 lol

The pictures really don't do my truck justice. It intimidates alot of drivers on the road. You ought to see the amount of fly bys I get from people daily. Especially the truck guys and people on the other side of the highway going in the opposite direction looking at me then they stomp down and do a fly by lol. Here is a video I did on the front spoiler. Not sure it will fit the Tahoe though. Fits the Yukon perfectly.

I still have some things I need to fix on it. Like the bottom grill and install fog lights. I'll get to it one day. As some of you know last year someone ran a stop sign and hit my truck.

I like the hood and the headlights. Don't care too much for the "yukon" grill inserts. They seem too blocky and also looks like it may block some airflow to the cooler/condensor/radiator.

They do not block airflow. I just towed a car back and was monitoring the temperatures and it stayed at 175 degrees the whole way. Normal stop and go traffic there is no difference in temps with or without the inserts. I do alot of logs and playing around on torque and hptuners

Just a note on the spoiler. If you ever get one you will need washer and nuts on the top side. If you dont then the spoiler will pull away from the bumper if you ever travel at 80mph+ continuously. It's fine without the top hardware till about 70mph

The hood is not of high quality. It's very flimsy and you can't use the hood latch nor spring loaded hood hinges. They'll have to come off. It didn't really bother me , but it may bother other people. Just wish I could've gotten some money back not knowing the factory Hood latch would have to removed completely. They didn't mention it in the listing.
