I have 22s on my 03 GMC Yukon Denali and I dont like the "rake" look. I am debating between a 2/3" lowering kit (most likely Belltech) and lowering springs. Which option is gonna give me a nice levelled-out look?

IMO if your lookin to be level with no rake at all, dont go with a 2/3. if you dont wanna go real low i would just get a rear 3" drop and leave the front alone. heres a pic of my hoe with a 3/5.5 on 22"s and i sit EXACTLY 32" all around from ground to center fender lip. Tony aka NORCALSS is the man to talk to about gettin all this sqaured away for ya.

the 2nd pic is of a eibach 2/3 drop that i had originally

djm 2/3 will sit pretty even and ride nice and comes wiht shock extenders. $300 shipped lower 48 states.

or if you wanted to do 2/3-4 adjustable rear would be $345 shipped using the rear belltech 3-4 inch drop springs

Any other questions just hollar ill beat anyones prices on belltech or djm items and offer 24/7 support plus I do these trucks a lot i just don't sell parts.

Ghost, that second pic you got is with your 2/3 eibach drop? hrmm that looks like my truck with the factory suspension on.. I installed my belltech 2/3 it and it looks allot like the first pic.

I guess it depends on what kit you go with really.

yea also depends alot on rim n tire size.. im runnin a 22 with a 35 series tire so i dont fill up as much gap, i wish i had a 40 series tho. what are your measurements with your belltech kit?? im sittin at 32" all for corners but the springs havent settled yet, so lookin at probably 31.5ish when said and done

heres a customer with the djm 2/3 kit he bought from me

that kit looks 10x better than the eibach kit.. i guess you get what you pay for! thanks again tony for the new rear set up you hooked me up with! looks and rides a shit ton better than it did for sure!

I want to lower my hoe I have a 2009 with the stock 20's.. I like the look and I do not plan on upgrading the wheels anytime soon. My only concern is I dont want to lose the stock ride. Ive driven the police tahoe (bad ass!) at work and it sits low and drives basically like a car. but you really feel the ride. Any advice???

Ghost.... if you are sitting at 32'' you need new tires. When I was running 305/45/22's I could barely get two fingers in between the top of the tire and the fender and it looks like I could put my fist in between yours. I'm now running 285/40/24's and I have to be at 32'' to drive w/o rubbing and I couldn't fit a pen in between the fender and the tire and at 31'' the tire is just under the fender......

This is like 31.5-32 for me

theres a big heigth difference in a 35 to a 45 size tire tho, im runnin falken 285/35/22, but the roads here in wichita are horrible so i would love to have a 40, or even 45 size tire for comfort and to fill the gap but i got these tires for brand new for basically $200 and i couldnt pass it up. they now have bout 15k miles on them so i think they are fine lol. but yea ive got a bout a 3" gap still and i just put tb springs in last week so ill probably be sitting even lower in a few weeks. to be exact im sittin at 32 1/8 rear, 31 5/8s in the front

but on another note, your truck is sick grocery. i would love to do bags but IMO its a waste if its not laying completely out and i dont have the funds or the tools to do so at the moment. my buddy builds exotic cars here in town for his grandpas car show, and hes going to be buying my 22"s from me in a month or so after i take them off. I might have to buy me some 24s with the 40 series tires like your running! it will look reall nice
