Can I stiffen the suspension on my 1999 Tahoe by replacing the shocks with struts? Are there manufacturers that make such a product for my vehicle?

You can get a firmer shock from many vendors. Rough county has several options and pretty good customer service. Give them a call so they can dial in what you want.

I'll ask the first question, is it 2wd or 4wd. Either way I'm not sure you are clear what struts are. Usually a strut suspension only has a lower control arm and the strut/spring is supported at the top with the unibody or a frame member.
