light tick at startup

So we bought a 2004 Yukon Denali XL with 150,000 miles on it and I noticed it from Day 1 that it has a very light tick going on for around 10-30 sec after startup. I though that changing the oil and adding Lucas Oil Treatment would help but the tick is still there. Is this normal? Kind of bothers me. It has the 6.0L motor. I am very mechanically inclined and this sounds like a slight lifter knock/tick. It is localized to the left side of the motor. Anybody know is this common or do i maybe have a bigger problem?

sounds like normal piston slap, wouldnt worry if oil levels are good and clean. Mine does it.

Mine does it, too, but I've experienced that with all of the late model LS based motors I've had
