22's for winter, my signature pic has 26's for summer.

I bought some 24 u2-55 but I don’t think it’s doing enough justice so I’m thinking about upgrading to 26. Is it true with them the rides bad?

It's not that bad, about the same as 24's. Just no bueno for potholes, that's why I run 22's in winter.

Can you run 26s with 305/30/26 on factory height without rub?

IDK. I'm lowered 2/4 and I had to trim the inner wheel wells and roll the front fenders. You'd just have to try them and make modifications as needed. It doesn't take too much.

Pretty new to the forum here. Bunch of great looking rides in here. Its nothing fancy but I picked this up about a month ago now. Its a 2004 Chevy Tahoe LT AWD with the 5.3 and so far I love it. Needs a few things here and there (like the non factory, factory radio that wont work with all of the SWCs and the rear audio controls) but all very minor stuff. First things first this spring though is to find a new set of rims and tires for this thing that will fill in the wheel wells a little better.

I like that ties the Denali honeycomb insert with the HD surround. But I think that only fits up to 04.5. I have the 05 + grill. If you see one that fits 05s please share. I have been considering a new grill with mesh insert with gmc badge. The oem style grill needs a lot of work to look good at 50lol

Correct only for the 03-05 1500. But you can trim the top, or the hood might overlap just enough to tuck. All mounting holes line up the same as 06 grille
