I'm shopping for LED's for my corners and side marker lights. I'm looking at V-LEDs.com. I know that we need load resisters to eliminate the hyper-flash but they offer 2 different ones and a replacement flasher as well. What is the best way to handle this. Not real shot up about the resisters because they get very hot and I don't want to catch my truck on fire. The electronic flashers look like a better idea but I don't know which one to get. Has anyone dealt with this? I could use some experienced advice.

Here is the link For the flashers I'm looking at.
Flashers at V-LEDs.com

Thanks for your help.

After more research I think my 03 has the 10 pin BCM instead of a simple relay. I did find a forum that shows how to mod this unit. I'm going to verify this tomorrow but I'm not going to mod it till I get a replacement unit just in case I screw up. I'll let you know

Here is the article I was looking at.

Same. Can't tell how much was removed. I'm sure those with better electrical backgrounds could possibly make a few measurements across that loop and tell us what size resistor to solder in its place
