rear wiper arm: pull off plastic cap, remove nut and itll come off.

wiper blade: same as the front, just pinch the little tab on the wiper where it meets the arm, slide towards the left and its off.

Todd I was reading the Chat feed today and I saw your question about old adhesive. I would use goo gone. I have done it before on my BMW when I was taking off the tags. It had this rather weird felt type of adhesive. Be sure to use it only on the adhesive parts and if it gets on the paint just wipe it off. You may have to use some fingernail and elbow grease, but it will come off and not destroy anything else. When you are done make sure that you clean the area with dish soap. Good Luck
