Idler Arm Pivot Assembly - NCP 2683717
Idler Arm Assembly - NCP 2683714
Pitman Arm Assembly - NCP 2681673
Gusset the idler pivot assembly to the frame like so:

Also look at replacing the intermediate steering shaft with a borgeson billet piece, part #000937

Steering wheel clunks, random uncentering of the steering wheel, excessive wheel adjustment at highway speeds. There is a bunch of info floating around, makes the trucks steer alot better tho.What exactly are the signs that the ISS needs to be replaced? I know they are a big problem area for our trucks...but i've never heaerd what the symptoms of a worn ISS are...

crikey enough questions dude? do a bit of reading off cognito's website and you'll hopefully understand. they try selling you the entire pivot assembly and include the gusset, just welding a gusset for a napa replacement piece is more than enough imoMax,

whats stopping me is the money its going to cost for me to drop the truck if the same cost to do things i REALLY want like LTs and Cams and all that...
anyways, Max still brings up a good point about the Inner + Outer Tie rod ends, Idler arm's and pitman arms... i am almost 100% sure i need to get all this shit replaced in my truck ASAP.
how neccesary would you say those airlift helper bags are? or is that just a recomendation for those who already have the autoride?
