Going to put all my mods in one place. Got a 2011 PPV 2WD to play with. So far I've added a dash mat and replaced the broken driver side mirror. Tried to remove the black stripe but ended up screwing up the base coat. Put some gorilla tape over the roof holes.20180219_153215.jpg

I thought the black trim looked pretty cool. My steering wheel looked a lot like yours, but when bored, just keep scraping it off with your fingernail, and pretty soon it will have a nice black glossy look to it. And, just add a cover to the wheel, which helps a lot with grip, and comfort. As long as you don't pick a fuzzy one, the $15 black perforated covers work great! Especially on the base plastic steering wheels I've had on 4 different trucks.

I like the black trim too but it is already chipped and peeling so I figured I'd get rid of it.

Did you install the Viper yourself, if so, was it easy? Plug and play type?
