That'll look bad ass! Depending on the body shop, $345 is in the neighborhood to do the paint. Not outrageous, but you could probably find it a little cheaper. But remember, sometimes you get what you pay for too. Where'd you find the Hood? Got a good deal on it?

+1. Finally decided to follow through and find the HD hood for my 2003 Tahoe as well. OEM hood is starting to chip/fade real bad, so it's time to replace, and might as well do it with a HD hood. Can someone remind me which Silverado hood it is. I think its the 2005 Silverado hood that is a direct fit?

No. 99-02 silverado HD is the correct hood. 03-07classic is a totally different front end on the silverados

You mean which grille and bumper? Stock or HD? Personal preference really. I chose to stay stock bumper and grille and go HD hood only. I love my set up. Plenty of guys have done only the grille which is just a bit of trimming on the bottom part of the grille to get it to fit the stock bumper.

If swapping the bumper out to HD as well, IIRC you will need to relocate/weld the brackets a touch to accommodate the difference in how the HD bumper sits lower that stock.

Lol which stock grille? My Denali grill is gone ... On it now is Chevy HD grille , Denali headlights ... I have a 03 gmc HD front clip I might go with... But I really like the boldness of the Chevy grille.

Sorry couldn't tell from the pics what you were after. lol The Chevy HD grille is pretty cool and unique to put on a Denali. The fun of customizing too.

Silverado hd grilled with Denali bumpers just don't look right to me. Saw one in person yesterday and the gaps at the bottom of the signal lights looks terrible

That price on an Amazon aftermarket is literally double what any certifit would charge. Letting people know could save them a lot of cash... nearly enough to paint the thing
