When something doesn't budge... either..

A) You're not pulling hard enough

or

B) You need to cuss some more

or

C) Get a big ******* hammer and/or crowbar and MAKE it budge

or

D) not drunk enough to realize the screws, bolts, nuts you're looking for are right in front of your eyes after looking for 3 hours.

Don't ask me how I know these things...

DRAIN THE SYSTEM!!!! lol. Then drink more beer. Seriously. those lines are pressureized. Its gunna spray at you. But it wont spray as much. Are the lines not long enough to just move it out of the way for the time being???

I just took the front cover for the tubes leading to the upper most core, and then you get some play in with the unit back and forth. Also remove the rear a/c fan, it will have a hole straight to the other side. Don't remove the unit, I got everything by pre-peeling 10" squares and carefully tucking them behind the unit and sticking them...

Sorry you are having trouble...
The top arrow is the fan, and bottom arrow is where that tube support is held down....

Oh, and it helps to remove all the retaining clips around the unit, so the two halfs can move somewhat independently of each other...

You really went to town on that ******...

Gonna feel like riding in a limo. Can't wait to hear how many times you grind your starter thinking you haven't started the truck yet. LOL

I know that..It was just funny...you turn the key and it stays quiet...I've done that a few times when I first bought the truck because it was so much quieter then my Ranger...then hit the gas to find out if it was running or not
