Is this moisture in my headlight anything to be concerned about?

Never seen any moisture in the headlights since I bought this about 2 months ago. This moisture is in the lower outside corner of the drivers headlight and just appeared today. The weather here has gone from 80-mid 90s last week to 30s-40 at night and 50s-60 during the day this week.

Is a littl moisture now and then OK or should there be none at all, all the time?60459f19b9dfd533e5244b9b8038510f.jpg572bfd93a87000bdb941648b463cf5bc.jpg

You think whats pictured is going to be a problem? I still have about a month left on the 3 month warranty the GM dealer I bought it from gave me. There's a $100 deductible on it though, and I haven't found anything else wrong or not working.

You could try drying them out then running a thin bead of silicone around the entire lens, and just for good measure put some dielectic grease on the gaskets, where the bulbs twist and lock into the lens.

I think so, yes--it can and will get worse if you don't address it now.

Off topic here. Can someone point me to a thread on how to replace those two amber side running lights inside the headlights. The ones next to the amber reflector. Ty in advance

there is only 1 per headlight housing, a reflection may appear to make it look like 2, they can be changed at the same time and in the same manner that a headlight bulb is changed, the socket is closer to the outside edge is all.

Joy! Right after I pulled both assemblies out for headlight replacement. Oh well, I’ll start shopping for some brighter bulbs. Ty soo much, back to the regularly scheduled thread content.

Is there a post write up on the board showing how to remove these headlight housings?

I know my other vehicles it's super easy, just 1 or 2 latches or pins to be pulled and the housing pulls right out. I really haven't looked at these ones closely yet though.
