I want new door speakers and amp for 02 Tahoe (non-Bose) but what to get?

I currently have a JL Audio 1000/1 amp on two Eclipse 15's and they hit pretty hard and sound good enough for me but now my door speakers sound awwwfuulll after running them so loud so often.

Door speakers right now are JL C2 650 in the front ran by a small Kicker amp (I forget exactly what.. I think its in my signature. I havent been on here in a while) and stock speakers and the back and they are in dire need of replacing.

I cant buy anything right now since I dont have much money but Ill be workin all summer and the cash flow will be good.

My question is..... What should I get? What are your opinions?

What speaker and amp combo will be super loud and clear over the 15's? Im just about ready to spend what ever it takes cuz I would really like something really good now.

Ive had a few friends tell me Infinity and Alpine are good for door speakers but I know how serious everybody is on here so Id rather hear your thoughts.

Also, any recommendations on a new deck would be nice too. The one now is nothing special. just something I can plug my ipod into and plug my amps and stuff in to. Im ready for a nice new head unit too. not a TV though..

I don't know about speakers, but I just put in a pioneer avic-z120bt and that thing is awesome. It made my Bose system sound a ton better. Good luck with your speaker search.

I just put in the JL 900HD amp with JL C5 650x door speakers front and rear and a JL Stealthbox. Also have an Audison Bit One to adjust my amp gain and clean things up. All sounds great to me!

I suggest go out and listen to as many as you can, let your ears, and wallet decide.

Go to all the local and national places you can find and listen to everything. I'm personally a fan of infinity kappa stuff (I haven't heard a set I don't like, they agree with my ears).
The only other advice I'd offer is stay away from cheaper stuff. Coaxials can be great if you go with good ones, and cheap components will still sound cheap (even though all audio forums will preach components). Good clean power is also much more important in a front stage than the sub stage.
