Long story but the point is that I have two NBS vehicles. I have a 2003 Tahoe with 75,406 miles and a 2006 Yukon with 75,478 miles! Both are Colorado vehicles driven by old ladies since new and do not have a spec of rust. Tahoe is an LS with some options and the same for the Yukon being an SL. Tahoe is that pewter color and Yukon is silver. Both have gray interiors. Both have the 5.3.....bose and cloth seats.

My problem is that I can only keep one. Which would you choose and why? Thanks for any input in advance!

I would keep which ever one doesn't have any mechanical issues. If neither do, than it comes down to whichever one you find more pleasing to the eye, because underneath it's pretty much the same truck. Just different door mouldings, wheels, grille, and headlights.

Sell the Tahoe it's 3 years older and the Yukon is probably worth more.

If it were 30-40K more miles on the Tahoe, then I'd keep the Yukon. As the miles are almost identical, I'd sell the Yukon, as it's definitely worth more (likely at least $2000 more, to the right buyer). More coin in your pocket to essentially work on the same vehicle.

If you want more money in your pocket, sell the Yukon. If not, sell the Tahoe.

I think I am keeping the Yukon. I honestly prefer the front end more. I most definitely love the HD front end on the Tahoe but I don't have the time to get that all together. Thank you very much!
I have about 3 weeks left on another project and once complete...I will introduce the Yukon and all the mods I plan for it!

Good luck!

Ironically when I was shopping for a gm full size a little over 2 years ago here in socal, every Chevy I looked at was more expensive than the gmcs I looked at, despite the Chevys being less well maintained, less options, and more miles. My final choice came down to a 2005 Z71 suburban fully option with the 5.3, but with 100k and they still wanted over 20k for it. And then my 2006 denali xl, with a 6.0, 74k miles and every option except factories 20s, and I only paid 15 for it. So it depends on where you are and the current market for which one will go for more to sell.

For what it's worth I sold my 04 Yukon with 98k miles for $12k, 3 months ago. Bought it stock 3 years ago with 68k miles for $12,500. Obviously it depends on where you live and condition.

Any pics and asking prices of said vehicles? I am in the market
Hi....I parked the Tahoe about an hour away from me in a buddy's garage until my vehicle situation is under control at my own home! I now have 6 vehicles and only have a garage for half of them! We are in the middle of hail season and did not want them sitting outside. I will not be doing anything with any of the vehicles for another month and will definitely post pics when I can.

First....your truck is beautiful! Second...I live in Littleton as well! Over by 470 and Ken Caryl! I really appreciate the input and hopefully I can recoup some funds when I sell one of the trucks. On a side note....are those flares factory on the Yukon or did yo install Tahoe flares?
