i supported the muffler on jack stands while moving it around.

i barely jacked the SUV up, so i had to cut the tail pipe in two places.

i left it all loose, till it was all on.

i had to find my own washers to put on the muffler clamps.

here's all the pics:

the muffler comes with a sheen on it. i made a slurry of metal polish and used a 400 grit to "wet sand" the grimy cover off it.

i used a drill wheel & some metal polish to cut off all the brown weld spots.
they looked like pooh, but i could not afford a big money polished exhaust.

and how many people are gonna see it, anyways?

nice. Your got a sound clip? People are gonna be curious on how it sounds. It also looks like you tied a chain around you old exhaust setup and yanked it out, lol

we have two dogs, and the invisible fence is broken.

one dog will lay in the yard FOREVER, he hates the invisi fence so bad, he don't tempt it.

the other dog will RUN OFF.... so in order to have her out front, you have to chain her to something, a Japanese Akita, it's a chow mix, pulls hard, so need something stout.

it sounds VERY good most of the time.

it gets a little buzzy in V4 mode, sometimes, sounds like an old Foxbody with Flowmasters on it, nothing horrible, but noticeable by me, wife aint noticed it yet, so not too bad. wife does LOVE the sound.
