It rained earlier today and I looked to the rear of my head liner and noticed what I thought was a shadow. I feel it and it was wet. I have no idea where it could be leaking from other than the roof rack. It wet half of the rear headliner where the lift gate is at. Could there be water coming in from the somewhere else? Has anyone had this happen before?

Could be leaking from the trunk/hatch because droplets do have a tendency to travel...how bad is it? I would start by checking all weather seals for damage, that's likely your culprit.
