Help to ID possible leak areas

I see this at the rear of the car and it also looks like over time it's splashed a bunch of black stuff on the rear fuel tank shield.



I also see this near the front and it looks like it's been leaking too.




I see writing on this long shaft and it looks like it's something a junkyard would write. So I think maybe at some point this whole shaft got replaced and the seals at it's front and rear are leaking now.

Diff seal and transmission seal seeping. The marks on drive shaft could have been done at factory balancing etc. Seals are easy fix.
