2019 Chevy Suburban Premier 4x4.
76,000 miles on the truck and struts need to be replaced. I had mechanic replace them. New struts are from oriellys. Part number 43gm1000ps. Took it to get aligned and they said the struts are too short. Mechanic that replaced them said the new ones were the same length as the old ones. Just wondering if anyone has used this part number strut or had this issue. Pulling new ones off and compare to old ones is my next step.

Said that he could align it, but it wasn’t right. Said control arms are looking upward. Car is definitely lower in the front end.

 I can NOT get that part to come up. Is it a pro-only part via oriely pro? Meaning your mechanic ordered it directly?

No, I don’t believe so. I can look it up online.
Can you post a link?
Also gonna need your suspension RPO code. You have a QR code on the truck somewhere that lists them. Probably on a door jamb or glovebox

Looks like your generation have suspension codes staring with 6 or 7.
If you don't know what an rpo code is, it's the series of 3-digit alphanumeric codes that identify your vehicle's options. They do not ID your vehicle so it's okay to post online. Just don't post VIN.

Betting you have mageride, code Z95, based on your oriely pic and Premier trim

@weldernotmechanic
The QR code for your RPO codes (lots of codes, GM loves them) is probably on your driver's door jamb on a sticker, or in the glove box on a sticker.
Scan it with your phone and see if it pulls Z95 up.

There is a z95 amongst all those numbers

Great!
Can you post a link to the O'Reilly page with the 43gm1000sp assembly?
I think it's looking like there aren't too many possibilities for magneride struts. Meaning there are no shocks that can be too short, so perhaps something else is amiss.

As mentioned by the folks above, identify the 3 RPO codes that directly relate to your truck's suspension. You've found the RPO code sticker, and you've verified the Z** component to be Z95. Now, find the 6** and the 7** RPO codes and post them here. With those 3 codes, we can definitely identify the proper shock for you.

Then, for comparison purposes, go to GMPartsDirect.com, enter your Vin, go to the Suspension section, and find the front struts that match your 3 RPO codes. And, I'll bet the the cost for each strut is under $400, and they will be Genuine GM parts with a lifetime warranty.. You can also use the correct GM part number to cross reference the MasterPro struts that you purchased and see if these is a direct cross reference. I'm thinking that there isn't, if your truck currently sits lower with these struts.

Well, I checked 3 different GM parts web sites, and I could not find a single instance of the RPO code combination Z95, 6ZS, 7ZS on any of the shock/strut listings. Very strange, indeed.

If you can post the last 8 digits of your VIN and post a photo of your RPO sticker, we can ask @915_Tahoe for his advice, as he works in GM Parts.

Sorry that I could not find your part, as this is the first time that I could not find a particular RPO code combination to find a specific part. I won't give up, though.

I’ll double check all those numbers when I get to the house this evening
