No rims. Built transmission and a tsp220 cam

id get something different than that tsp220 cam. been down this road a few tims on customers trucks

id start off with

yank ptb3600 converter
4.10 gears
intake
tune
pacesetter long tubes

I already have a 3200 stall, intake and efilive tuning by myself. I chose the tsp220 cam because its still mild. It will be on a 110lsa to bring the power band down a little to help with the lack of gearing and 31in tall tires. I dont want 4.10s cause I do highway pulls and right now with the stock cam 4.10s would really hurt me. Ive been a member over on pt.net for a long time and have decided on that cam.. What was your experiences?

Im in san francisco and the yank 3600 by far is very streetable.

4.10s with your truck on 31 inch tall tires you can get 130 still and you will be fine. Not sure how fast you want to go on your truck. with a yank 3200 to a yank 3600 i got from a 13.49 to a 13.18 on a customers truck and he said felt just as tight.

3.42s on those tahoes just just to small for me. 3.73 or 4.10s all the way

oh yah same truck on a 100 shot ran a 12.20 full weight i set him up with m&H racemasters 325 45 17 for the rear with a 28 inch tall tire thing hooked and was great. i dialed in the suspension got consistant 1.7s not even spraying before the 60 foot mark.

my tbss runs 7.20s in the 1/8 and 11.30s-11.40s consistant and my wife drives it daily with a yank 3600 converter.

Either way good luck with your combo looking forward to seeing what it runs.

I did all the stuff here. ill try to see if he can come on here. Due to what happened to me last year I don't post up people rides unless they give me permission. Don't need to be under the cops thumbs again.
