Front Rear compatibility?

Just picked up a 2010 Yukon Denali that is supposed to have a housing that has been worn out due to a seized bearing. The Man I bought it from replaced the bearing, but isn't happy with how it sits in the worn bearing seat.

My question is, will the diff housings from a 2002 Yukon Denali work in my 2010 without major modification? The reason I ask is that I have a 2002 parts truck available for a fairly good price.

That one I do not know. You will have to call up a salvage yard and ask them what the interchange years are. Car-Parts.com may be able to show you also.
