So my 2013 came in about a month ago and I finally got some pics.

Here are the standard specs:
2013 LT z71 4wd
2" front zone leveling kit
275 65 18 BFG all terrains.

The tires fit without the lift, but I decided to add it anyways.

I love how the newer z71's have color matched handles/mirrors... very nice!!

I liked the brushed ones! What they need to do is color match the gray part of the front bumper but leave the fake skid plate...

I was going to buy a silver one, but didn't like how the front bumper was nearly matched with the paint. The offset of the color makes it stand out.

I also preferred the brushed mirrors/door handles that were on my 08 versus the painted ones..

love the pics,

you just sold me on the look. my 11 z71 clones this, I pick it tues. from the body shop.( hit a deer ) but I leveled it before it went ( they are doing the alignment) and I am planning a tire, I looked at the bfg and this size.....now I know I will like it.

are they by chance an E load ?

They are indeed an E-load. They handle much better than factory bridgestones and goodyears.

Be warned though.

The truck will feel like a damn slug if you have 3.42's I am considering upgrading to 4.11's to regain my fuel mileage and power. I'm lucky to break 15mpg on the interstate and around 10-11 in the city. I rarely go over the speed limit and accelerate gently.
My 2011 and 2008 would easily clear 23+ on the interstate.

agreed, I hate the tranny in the new hoes, hopefully a BB tune will help. I have considered 4.10's as well.

if you can, would you mind feeling around, or taking a closer look at the clearance ?

I feel the 285 runs more due to width, I see where bfg makes a 275/70/18....it is roughly 33" tall.....

any thoughts from you on clearance would be great, otherwise, mine will look like yours , other than I have denali tails.

I like it, I have been seriously thinking of color matching the silver on my bumper, the mirrors, grill and front/back emblems. Gonna leave the handles, I think, though.

A tune would be a mild improvement. It needs a regear -- there's no getting around it.

275's are a tight fit with a 2" leveling kit. No way in hell could I get 285's without major trimming. Major.

i think the more I look, I am going with the 275/65.

do you have any alignment specs ???

I just had an alignment, and it has very visible negative camber....and signs of tire wear, I can already see wear indications and its only had roughly 20 mile since the alignment.

it will be going back !
