When you have a tall wheel and tire combo and it sits inside the fenders. Coupled with a lift, gives it a wagon effect. Like it would topple over on a turn?

It's not meant to be a diss, just a personal opinion that a wider stance on a lifted vehicle looks better. Opinion only.

Just got my Toyo Open Country M/T 33's with CK375 rep 22's put on today. They ride great especially for a mud terrain tire. They do rub a little in the front driver side wheel well so I'm gonna have to trim a little. The 1.5" rear spacers come in Friday or Saturday so that's goin in this weekend. Overall I'm extremely happy with em!!

I get what you're saying. I didn't take it as a diss at all I was just confused. I get what your saying though. That's why I had 305's before... For the wider stance. These 33x12.50R22's dont look as wide as my Nitto TG 305's... Good idea though I might do this in the future.

Lol funny that you say that. I just texted a pic to one of my best friends and he said the same exact thing. Never thought about it really... He did say it would look much better/cleaner. I just might do it tomorrow and see how it looks.

I started to do the same thing with my burb but stopped because I found that the mud flaps had worn that spot in the bumper pretty well. So I'm going to have to replace the bumper before I can remove my mud flaps.

Had that same issue on my Envoy when I removed them......very fine scratches--kind of an outline of where they used to be......maybe a good buffing will remove them(if you have any that is....) Good luck......

LOL sweet I just won $10 then!! No rubbing on sway bars. The rims are 22x9 with a 31 offset and i'm running a true 33" (33x12.50R22) and did the 2.5" TGC leveling kit in the front so it only rubs on driver side wheel liner when parking. Rear doesn't rub at all but I'm still putting in the 1.5" rear spacers this weekend.

Dang man you have been a busy guy the last couple of weeks! The new console lid looks waaaaaayyyyyyy better. Nice touch also I don't think I have seen that done on here yet.

The AVY is looking sweet! You will love those Toyos! I have had a couple of sets on different trucks and all of my buddy's run them. They are great in any weather condition. They wear awesome also, the ones made in the USA wear the best but are heavier, Japan made ones still wear really well though. I have got over 60k out of both of my sets and they weren't even wore out yet. My buddy has them on a 3/4 ton gas lifted Chevy he has 75k out of them and another guy has them on a 07 1500 Chevy in 33/12.50/20 he has 75k on them and they still have 2/3 life left. His are USA made. Toyo has a plant in white, Georgia. I will say I center SIPED my last set at about half tread and they performed way better in the snow/ice. I never had any problems though when they were new.

Thanks man I appreciate the kind words... actually there was one other guy on here with an Esky that did the mod before me but I forgot who it was... so i'm the second one on TYF to do this although on cadillacforums.com there is a longgggg thread of Esky owners that want to do this or have already done it. I use the insert on the console lid for my phone and misc items while driving and it KILLED me to not have it in the Esky so it was a must-have for sure.

Yea man I wasn't happy with how the Avy was looking so I figured I'd dump a shit ton of money into it and I am now FINALLY happy with it! I didn't realize the Toyo's were made in different countries... how do you find out which country they are made in? Thanks for the info man I didn't know any of that!

Yeah no problem, on the side of the tire around the bead area by the rim it was say made in USA/Japan. Both are great tires, I have just seen the US made ones last longer but they are heavier, Japan's still last a long time but they are lighter.
