hey guys ever since i joined this forum ive gained alot of knowledge on my truck and what mods to do with it you guys have all been a huge help when it comes to the drop, front end, and performance, i was a total noob but im still learning. now i am 18 years old and i got this truck as a christmas gift on 2011 it was ehh not soo great. now im in college but the modding doesnt stop so hears just some pics on the progress ive made on the tahoe over the years

when i got it

got some 24s and removed all of the chrome and painted the housings black

saw this and fell in love with the look soo that was my goal to get my front end jst like it

plastipid!

hd hood

hd grille and bumper pad

2 tone hd hood

colormatched bumper

belltech drop kit

colormatched mirrors handles and rear bumper

as it currently is

also added some lt headers two weeks ago and will get a tune done next week and more performance coming soon..still more to come for my tahoe but so far i am more than happy to see how its coming along thanks for all the help guys love this forum!

Tahoe has come along way it's looks sick man keep up the good work. I hope to soon get the HD grill and bumper done gonna stick with the stock hood for a different look

I like what you did to the hood. Have thought about doing that, and cool to see what it looks like. Looks pretty good. Also kinda liked your wheels with the brushed lookin lips. But I really liked brushed aluminum. Truck looks great bro.

hey thanks guys i apreciate it alot..if it wasnt for this forum my tahoe would not be the way it is
as far as rims go i removed the plastidip on the lip soo its back to brushed aluminun..
as for the barndoors yeaa im not a huge fan of em but hey what can i do about it..
the hood ive gotten many compliments on it and i like that its different..i want to add some keys to the front to sit it flush and will add some 24" ck375s in a couple months

I have barn doors as well and I actually prefer them, I find them easier to use and more out of the way. As for LED tails see my thread in the modifications section.

thanks man! honestly if i could get 600 for the wheels alone with no tires i think id be good with that as i would need to keep my tires
