Hello forum users! New to the forum. I have a question but not sure which category to post it in.

I have a 2019 Tahoe Premier. When I setup my IPhone 13, it all works correctly EXCEPT when making or receiving calls. I can hear who's on the other end, but they cannot hear me. I've read the manual, tried several times, had my son (who's a wiz at this stuff) and he couldn't get it setup correctly either. Would anyone have any comments or suggestions about this issue?

Does the onboard vehicle voice command work? like for nav or saying who to call etc?
if it does then it is probably a security setting on the iphone.
if the voice command cannot hear you, then the onboard vehicle mic may have a problem.
it's going to be one or the other.

Welcome to the forum from Oregon.

If you want to alert a member that you are talking to them, use this "@" in front of their screen name and they will get an alert that you Tagged them.
