Fab Four bumper light replacement

I have a Fab Four CS15-F3550-1 bumper on my Tahoe (see photo). The larger lights are 90mm and the smaller lights are 50 or 60mm, but intended as blinkers. I want to replace both sets of lights with LED driving lights. Does anyone have ideas for nice, bright replacements, especially for the smaller light? Question two, how in the heck do you remove them? There is a lip under the bumper so it’s really hard for me to actually see anything.
