Escalade Center Console Swap Issues?

So i tried to install an 03 Esky Center console into my 04 Z71suburban today and plugged it and it was getting no power,my bose audio system wasnt working.Didnt test the ciggarette outlets,only thing i have removed from it is the stock DVD receiver ,anybody have any suggestions on what the problem could be?

Are the harnesses all plugged in? Check your fuses too.

It has one spare harness on it compared to the regular console,I'm not entirely sure what it powers,I assumed maybe the heated rear seat functions, I'll double check the fuses.

The Z71 and Escalade entertainment harness in the console are wired differently. They will plug in, but the the wires are in different locations in the connector. The Escalade Bose system is a completely different animal than the Chevy Bose. Best to use the harness from the original console.
