Engine was running rough for a couple weeks system bank 1 and bank 2 are running to lean just yesterday it started accelerating by it self

Bank 1 and bank 2 are lean and I’ve been running like that for about a month just fine just yesterday it started accelerating by itself and rpm’s been all over the place the truck accelerates while in park and also while in drive and reverse as well don’t know what it can be been looking everywhere and can’t find anything if anyone knows anything that might help, thank you

sounds like a large vacuum leak. esp if your setting a lean code. look for any broken plastic lines around the engine, if you cant see any thing spray the lines, intake manifold where it bolts down, the tb where it bolts on while its idling. your looking for the idle to jump up if using flammable spray, (carb cleaner starting fluid, could even use propane) it will bog down if using non flammable spray, like some brake cleaner brands.
