I have had the e-fan conversion done for awhile now. A/C works fine fans work great. No issue till a couple weeks ago when we had the cold snap here in the south. I turned the A/C off while driving a few miles down the down i finally realized that the A/C was still on. Now I haven’t looked at a wiring diagram or anything yet. But Could this be because of the flash I had done or simply a sensor messed up? Just curious if anyone else has had this problem with their e-fan conversion.

thanks

What fan harness did you use? If you use an OEM harness from a 05-06 GM Truck, the harness has a diode to prevent any backfeed. I don't know you are possibly getting some sort of voltage backfeed that is triggering your AC to come on?
