How's it looking? Have you been able to move the hinge around? And is it a factory hinge? (I think mine came from Canada...)

I replaced the lower drivers hinge and I just can't seem to get it properly adjusted. When I open the door, it binds a little on the fender. I've been living with it but it's annoying

Installed the Cunningham Machine roller and it’s so nice to be rid of the creaky door. It took me 1-1/2 hours and no issues. I marked the gap in 3 areas on the outside of the door for references and put blue tape on two sides of the hinge to help alignment when reinstalling. Everything bolted up with no adjustment needed.

I got the old roller out by drilling the top and using a chisel to shave off anything small that interfered with the hole. It punched right out afterwards.

I had the same issue with the roller on mine. I replaced the hinge and had it painted. I used a floor jack and a 2x4 wrapped in a towel under the door to get the alignment set. Using a couple small wooden shims in the gap, I was able to get the gap correct. Just be careful and don't close the door if it touches when closing.
