Dongle questions, have a delete to plug in

Sorry--Ive looked a lot but cant find the question or answer. O got the AFM delete to plug into the dongle but I already have a GPS tracker in it--tey make a spliiter with two interfaces. Can I run both without a problem?

in theory yes.. but some times 2 things at once don't play nice and the can bus network goes down.

like I've tried to plug in a blue tooth scanner dongle and hp tuners at the same time to see what happens and it works for a few seconds and then nothing works and the network crashes with a bunch of U fault codes.

you'll basically have to try it and see what happens.

a gps tracker should be hidden anyway, mine is way way way up under the dash, you would never know it is there unless you pulled the cluster out and specifically went looking for it

I would recommend using the Advanced Search, especially if you want to use some filters. You must be logged in. Use the Forums tab, and under that use the Search forums link:

Easy enough, and many ways to filter and sort the search (not shown, but are on that search page). Just need to wade through a few results. The term "obd splitter" returns two pages of results.

The last one shown below (on the first results page) references a specific spliiter; this particular search resulted in a little more than 1 page:

Well i don't know about that. I would hate to have to look for po*n by Year, make, model. I mean the thumbnails keep me engaged.

I think the main thing is the bandwidth of both devices. Like j91z was saying, some things work, some won't.
Being it's just a gps module and an afm disabler, I am guessing it should be no problem...
