Do’s and don’ts of lowering 4wd/awd

I know every possible thing there is to know about lowering a 2wd gmt900 but nothing about the front of the 4wd version. Is it pretty much the same? Same part numbers? What issues arise and at what drop do they happen?

Here’s a picture of my new to me ESV. I don’t want to get out of control like my other truck but can’t stand big fender gaps

Where did you find a 4/6 kit at. I have looked everywhere and can't come up with one for a 05 Yukon 4x4
